What does it cost?
We don't publish a price list, because everything we build is shaped around one business — what your day actually looks like is what decides the work. You get a fixed number in writing after the free preview, before any paid work starts. No hourly rates, no scope creep, no surprise invoice at the end.
Why is the preview free? What's the catch?
There isn't one. We'd rather spend three days showing you something real than talk you into a maybe. If you like it, we agree a price. If you don't, we've lost three days — not you.
What if I don't like what you show me?
You say so, and we stop there. You've paid nothing and you owe us nothing. No contract to get out of, and nobody chasing you afterwards.
How long does the whole thing take, not just the preview?
The preview is 3 days. The full build depends on what you need — a booking app for one shop is not the same job as one for four branches. Once we've seen your preview and agreed what's in it, you'll get a real date rather than a guess.
Who owns it once it's built?
That depends on how you pay, and we would rather be blunt about it than let you find out later. Buy it outright and it is all yours — the code, the designs, the accounts — with nothing rented from us. Go monthly and it stays ours: you are paying us to build it, host it and keep it running, not to own it.
Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?
Yes, and plenty of people prefer it — it is much cheaper to start, because there is no lump sum to find. You pay a monthly fee and we build, host and look after the site for you. The trade is ownership: on the monthly plan the site stays ours, so it stops if the payments do. Neither option is a trap as long as you know which one you are on, and we will tell you plainly before you agree to anything.
What happens after it goes live?
Thirty days of fixes are included. If something's wrong in that time you ring us and we sort it — you don't file a ticket and wait.
You're a small outfit. What if you disappear?
It's the right question to ask. If you bought outright, nothing about your app depends on us still being here — the code, the designs and the accounts are yours from day one, and any other developer could pick it up and have everything they need. If you are on the monthly plan, ask us that question directly before you sign and we will answer it straight.
Have you built something like mine before?
Mechanix Pro is ours — it runs a workshop's bookings, reminders and parts. We're a young team and that's the work we can point at. The free preview exists precisely so you can judge us on your own business rather than take our word for it.
What you're agreeing to when you send that form
- 1.A call, then a working preview of your app within 3 days. It costs nothing.
- 2.You are not committing to anything by asking. There is no contract at this stage and no card details are taken.
- 3.If you decide against it, you owe us nothing and we won't chase you.
- 4.If you go ahead, the terms go in writing first — a fixed price if you are buying it outright, or a monthly fee if you would rather spread it. You will know which one you are on before you sign.
